What the heck is an Egyptian Eye of Horus reading?
I guess the biggest thing about it, is that it provides a really in depth look at your life, from birth to now, through to the future and possible life path choices.
It can range from five to twenty pages of material describing the seven tablet (like runes but with Egyptian gods and goddesses) reading, looking at all aspects of you, your spiritual path and the essence of your being.
I will work with your Angels and my own in this reading. Very often songs (new and old) will feature in the reading in relation to the stone Rune of the God or Goddess of Egypt's meaning. The whole reading is very enlightening and can help with you and your life path and could explain the life experiences you have had and will have.
The Eye of Horus spread is one of the most spiritual of readings. I will go through the stones picked when thinking of you and your highest purpose. The first stone represents the pupil and the remaining six stones circle it from the top right and corner in a clockwise direction. Each stone tablet highlights an aspect of your essential spiritual blueprint. This blueprint encompasses the spiritual origins of you, the lessons to be learnt within this lifetime and the ultimate spiritual direction that would follow from the choices that you have made up to the present moment. The centre and right side of the spread, stones 1 to 4, highlight what is already seen, the spiritual origins, basic personality traits and underlying choices you have made. The left side, stones 5 to 7, highlight what are unseen, the life lessons ahead and the ultimate spiritual direction that you are to follow.

The first Stone is at the centre of the eye, it tells a story of the essential nature of the soul, how it existed at the dawn of creation or at the beginning of this lifetime and the innate qualities that propelled it from the formlessness and into life. This is you in your purest form ********, your basic personality with your drives, motivations and unique creative potential. I am going to talk about the Egyptian God it represents first of all, then what it all means. If you ever do affirmations, this is the stone to affirm to awaken your true nature. 1. THE SPHINX - The Sands of Time.
The Sphinx gazes out over the sands of time; a composite creature with the body of a lion and in most cases, a human head. There were many sphinxes in the ancient world but the most famous is the Great Sphinx at Giza.
It’s interesting at this point to observe and entertain the possibility of another culture that built the sphinx other than the Egyptians. Could this link nicely with the vibe of the star people? Whatever else, it links very nicely to the essence of enigma, longevity, holding secrets and ultimately patience in the observations of the passage of time. Let’s face it, the Sphinx has seen a lot. Including you.
The stone of Nu (in the centre of the pupil) tells the story of the essential nature of the soul. So to the meaning of the Sphinx in the ‘********’ way. Your guardian angels have a smashing sense of humour, for sometimes when I am writing these things they automatic write through me. That ‘********’ way was their joke! Two is a magic number apparently in this case. There are two Angels on your shoulders watching over you. And they like a sense of humour, that’s for sure! They are pointing towards the meaning of the Sphinx in its purity and that is to understand that it’s a time of patience and trust. Nothing that is truly valuable is every lost and no spiritual reward is ever denied you, so let go of any struggle (give it up girl! They say) and trust that what is rightfully yours will come your way at the right time. They are laughing at me when I say that, maybe you have entered into a patient state of grace and have easily exercising a level of wisdom and maturity? If patience is eluding you at this time, specifically in the area of answers to your commentary and prayers as you go about your day – you really need to just be still and let it come to you. You know the Frozen song comes in really strongly here – Let it gooooooo, let it goooo…..When you do and you trust the rewards will be delicious and arrive in their own time and in their own way. Affirm for everything you need, but allow the universe to deliver your requests in ways that aligned with your highest good. I just love the tablet of the Sphinx because it really shows that there are delicious secrets that surround you and the mysteries of the universe thrill and inspire you. LET THEM! Just go with the energies of love and trust. Be curious, but learn from the fact you never need to know everything at once. Control is your need, but control is what is stopping the universe from helping you. You certainly should never look for the answers outside of yourself, your angels tell me that you have them all within. Your meditations recently have shown you that you have a strong sense of the circle of souls; that is, you understand we are made more than just one lifetime. You *******, are an old soul. The thirst for knowledge and understanding – especially in the essence of knowing it all now is unhealthy – it will come in the time that you already planned for with your life plan for this life now. Relax and Let. It. Go. There’s someone around you that you know well that can help you with this in your physical life. Seek them out – but do not drain them with your thirst to drink the answers. They can help you, but you need to support them with your thoughts and insights that you have and are afraid to bring to the surface. They and your angels will help you.
